We are committed to providing affordable and comprehensive dental care to you and your family. Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. If you have insurance, you will be expected to make an estimated payment for that portion not covered by your insurance plan.

Please ask a member of our staff, and we will review our payment options to accommodate your financial needs.

Payment Options:

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover, as well as offer financing options through CareCredit. Charges are payable at the time of treatment. We do offer discounts for payments made in full on the day of service.

Insurance Options:

Dental Insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your dental care. Most plans include coinsurance provisions, a deductible, and certain other expenses which must be paid by the patient at the time of services. Please bring your insurance plan information with you on to your visit.

We are a provider for most major dental companies including, Delta Dental and Health Partners. Individual plans my vary; please call us to see if you specific plan is covered. Additionaly, we will submit all insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we ask you to contact us if your policy has changed.
